鍾家宇(以下稱「我們」)提供 TapCard —— 一款數位名片、聯絡人管理、跟進提醒與 AI 功能的應用程式。我們會持續更新功能,部分功能僅限付費方案。
您須提供正確、完整的註冊資料,並對帳號安全負責,不得冒用他人身分。您須年滿可獨立締約之年齡。
付費方案依您所選的方案與週期(月繳、年繳)收費,透過 App Store 或我們指定的金流服務商處理。訂閱到期會自動續訂,直到您於帳號設定或商店設定取消;取消於當期結束後生效,當期不另退費。除法律或平台政策另有規定外,已收取的費用不予退還。價格或方案調整,我們會於生效前以合理方式通知。
您上傳的名片、照片、聯絡人資料屬於您所有。您儲存的聯絡人是他人的個人資料,您須確保有合法依據蒐集與使用,並對其內容負責。您授權我們為提供服務(包含 AI 處理、儲存、同步)而存取與處理上述資料,詳見隱私政策。
AI 產生的摘要、草稿與建議僅供參考,可能不準確,不構成商業或法律建議。請您自行判斷後再使用,並對最終送出的內容負責。
不得將本服務用於垃圾訊息、非法活動、侵害他人權利或隱私、未經同意的資料蒐集,或嘗試破壞、干擾、逆向工程本服務。
TapCard 的品牌、商標、軟體與設計均屬我們所有。本條款未明示授予的權利皆予保留。
我們保留隨時變更或終止服務的權利,重大變更會提前通知。您可隨時於「設定 → 刪除帳號」終止使用並永久移除您的資料。我們亦得於您違反本條款時暫停或終止您的帳號。
本服務按「現狀」與「現有」提供,我們不保證服務不中斷或無錯誤。在法律允許的最大範圍內,我們不對任何間接、附帶或衍生性損害負責。
本條款依中華民國(台灣)法律解釋與適用,相關爭議以我們所在地法院為第一審管轄法院。

By using TapCard you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. TapCard is not for users under 13.
Chung Chia-Yu (鍾家宇) ("we", "us") provides TapCard — a digital business card, contact-management, follow-up reminder, and AI app. We update features continuously; some require a paid plan.
Provide accurate, complete registration info and keep your account secure; impersonation is prohibited. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract.
Paid plans are billed per the plan and period (monthly, yearly) you choose, processed via the App Store or our designated payment provider. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel in your account or store settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no partial refund for that period. Except where required by law or platform policy, fees are non-refundable. We give reasonable notice before any price or plan change takes effect.
Cards, photos, and contacts you upload remain yours. Contacts you store are other people's personal data; you must have a lawful basis to collect and use it and are responsible for it. You grant us permission to access and process this data to provide the service (including AI processing, storage, and sync). See the Privacy Policy.
AI-generated summaries, drafts, and suggestions are for reference only, may be inaccurate, and are not business or legal advice. Review before use; you are responsible for what you ultimately send.
Don't use TapCard for spam, illegal activity, infringing others' rights or privacy, non-consensual data collection, or attempting to break, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service.
The TapCard brand, trademarks, software, and design belong to us. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
We may modify or terminate the service at any time; major changes are announced in advance. You can stop using it and permanently remove your data anytime via Settings → Delete Account. We may also suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available"; we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), with disputes subject to the courts at our place of business as the court of first instance.
