本政策說明鍾家宇(以下稱「我們」)如何蒐集、使用、保護你的個人資料。TapCard 是一款數位名片與人脈管理應用程式。隱私問題請聯絡 developer@tapcardai.com。
帳號資料:電子郵件;若用 Google、LINE、Apple 登入,含該服務提供的識別碼、姓名、email、頭像。
你建立的名片:姓名、職稱、公司、email、電話、頭像、自訂欄位。
你儲存的聯絡人資料:你掃描、輸入或匯入的他人姓名、email、電話、公司,以及你寫的備註、互動紀錄、語音備忘。這些是第三方的個人資料,詳見第 5 節。
使用與裝置資料:功能使用紀錄、AI 用量、錯誤診斷資料、裝置與瀏覽器基本資訊。
我們不會蒐集精確定位、健康資料或廣告追蹤識別碼。
提供名片建立與分享、聯絡人管理、跟進提醒;提供 AI 功能(摘要、草稿、語音轉文字、名片辨識);維護安全與防止濫用;以彙總、去識別化方式改善產品。我們不會販售你的個人資料,也不會用於跨站廣告。
為提供 AI 功能,部分資料會傳送給 Anthropic(Claude API)處理文字以產生摘要、草稿與分析,傳送給 Cloudflare(Workers AI)與 OpenAI 將語音備忘轉成文字,並傳送給 Google 進行名片照片辨識。依這些服務的 API 條款,你透過 API 傳送的資料不會被用於訓練其模型,僅供即時產生結果之用。
TapCard 讓你儲存他人的個人資料(名片上的人)。就這些資料,你是控制者,我們是依你指示處理的處理者。你應確保你有合法依據蒐集與儲存。若有非用戶要求查詢或刪除我們系統中關於他的資料,請聯絡 developer@tapcardai.com,我們將協助定位並刪除。

資料儲存於 Supabase(日本東京資料中心)。傳輸全程 TLS 加密、資料庫靜態加密;以列級安全(RLS)確保每位用戶僅能存取自己的資料。名片掃描原圖僅即時辨識,不予保留。
帳號存續期間,我們保留你的資料以提供服務。你可在 App 內刪除單筆聯絡人或名片,或刪除整個帳號;刪除帳號會連同你的名片、聯絡人、互動、草稿一併永久移除。
你有權查詢、更正、刪除、複製或停止處理你的個人資料。行使請寄 developer@tapcardai.com,我們將於合理期間內回覆。
TapCard 不針對 13 歲以下兒童設計,亦不主動蒐集其資料。若發現未成年使用者,將立即刪除其資料。
使用 localStorage 儲存登入狀態與偏好,不使用第三方追蹤 Cookie。
我們可能更新本政策,重大變更會在 App 內或網站通知。

This policy explains how Chung Chia-Yu (鍾家宇) ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data. TapCard is a digital business card and contact-management app. Privacy questions: developer@tapcardai.com.
Account: email; if you sign in with Google, LINE, or Apple, the identifier, name, email, and avatar they provide.
Your card: name, title, company, email, phone, avatar, custom fields.
Contacts you save: names, emails, phones, companies you scan, type, or import; notes, interaction history, and voice memos you record. These are third parties' personal data — see Section 5.
Usage & device: feature usage, AI usage, diagnostic data, basic device and browser info.
We do not collect precise location, health data, or advertising identifiers.
To provide card creation and sharing, contact management, follow-up reminders, and AI features (summaries, drafts, speech-to-text, card scanning); to maintain security and prevent abuse; to improve the product in aggregated, de-identified form. We do not sell your personal data or use it for cross-site advertising.
To power AI features, some data is sent to Anthropic (Claude API) to process text and generate summaries, drafts, and analysis, to Cloudflare (Workers AI) and OpenAI to transcribe voice memos, and to Google for business-card image recognition. Per these providers' API terms, data you send via the API is not used to train their models; it is used only to generate your result in real time.
TapCard lets you store other people's personal data. For that data, you are the controller and we act as a processor on your instructions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and store it. If a non-user asks to access or delete data about them, contact developer@tapcardai.com and we will help locate and remove it.

Stored on Supabase (Tokyo, Japan data center). TLS in transit, encryption at rest; Row-Level Security ensures each user can access only their own data. Original card-scan images are used only for real-time recognition and not retained.
We retain your data while your account is active. You can delete individual contacts or cards, or your entire account — which permanently removes your cards, contacts, interactions, and drafts.
You may access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your data. Email developer@tapcardai.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
TapCard is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data. We delete any underage user's data if discovered.
localStorage for login state and preferences. No third-party tracking cookies.
We may update this policy; material changes will be notified in-app or on our site.
